At Anthem Church, we believe that prayer works. We believe that God hears our prayers and responds. Scripture gives us numerous examples of people praying, God responding, and also gives us some instruction on how to pray.

John 14:13-14 – “Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.”

Luke 11:1-4 - “Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples.” And he said to them, “When you pray, say: ‘Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.”

Our Prayer Team is open to anyone interested in taking the needs and praises of the church to God with others.

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

There are several ways to send your prayer requests or praises of what God has been doing in your life. One way is fill out the bottom section of your Info Cards on a Sunday morning. Another way is to share your prayer request through The City. Finally, the last option is to email us at prayer@anthemchurch.org. We would love to pray for you, so please… let us know!
