It may sound cliche but I love Jesus, and am blown away on a regular basis, that He would give His life up for someone like me.

I’m married to my incredible wife Keely, and our son Lucas was introduced to his baby sister Eleanor about a year ago. I love spending time with my wife, going on walks with our under-exercised dog, and playing all kinds of sports, especially basketball. I also enjoy games and gladly be up for some Settlers of Catan.

My hope ultimately is that God would use Anthem to help people find their way back to Him and that He would specifically use community groups to help people get connected to one another and to God in a real way.

Cayse Day | Campus Arts Coordinator

There is nothing greater than worshiping God, and I am excited to pursue the limitless, creative ways we can worship Him through.

My name is Cayse and I oversee the Worship and Creative Ministries for Anthem Camarillo. My husband, Dave, and I have been married for nine fun-filled years. Over that time God has blessed us with three awesome children. Worshiping God through music is an enjoyment my entire family shares with me. My oldest son Gavin recently told me that when he grows up he wants to be a worship leader like me, a paramedic like his Daddy, and work at Game Stop so he can buy every video game made for Wii. He will be busy when he grows up…

It was not until after graduating high school that I felt a strong call to leading worship through song. Since then God has continued to open doors for me to serve in this way and has been expanding my perspective on how the arts can play a role in that. There is nothing greater than worshiping God, and I am excited to pursue the limitless, creative ways we can worship Him through. My heart is to help create a place swelling with freedom, where our community can gather together to communicate their love, praise, repentance, and commitment to God through not only song, but also media and art. I look forward to watching God call more people into this field. I want to encourage them in their calling and create a space for them to develop it at Anthem and wherever else God may take them.

Keely Baily | Anthem Kids Campus Coordinator

My husband Kevin and I have been married for 7 years. We have lived in Camarillo for the last six years and have two beautiful and energetic kids, Lucas 4 and Eleanor (Ellie) 13 months. I love being outside and spending time with my friends and family.

I love hearing Lucas tell his friends that God will never leave them. Faith like a child. The impact our kids have on their family, friends, neighbors, and community is amazing. They have a way of speaking what is on their heart and mind without reservation. It is my heart to see children grow in their love and knowledge of our Savior. I am excited to walk along side our kids as they pursue a relationship with Him, by helping to provide a space for them to be known and loved for who they are, just the way Christ knows and loves us.

Kristin Hronek | First Impressions Coordinator

kristin@anthemchurch.org

Hello there! I’m Kristin and I am the First Impressions Coordinator at the Camarillo Campus. I live in Camarillo and work at CSU Channel Islands. I am both a History enthusiast and a pig owner.

Now, you might be thinking: What does First Impressions encompass? Well, First Impressions includes three main areas: Set-up, Hospitality, and Tear-down. Hospitality has various designations at the Camarillo campus: Resource Table, Coffee Team, Greeters, etc. My spiritual gifts of hospitality, administration, and encouragement allow me to direct these areas in a mission-minded way. I am super excited work with individuals in the Anthem community.

Often times a person’s introduction to God  and Christianity is through a church body. My vision for First Impressions is that we embrace people into the community of Anthem in a warm and welcoming way. Anthem’s missions of helping people find their way back to God is at the center of all First Impressions tasks and interactions.

Ryan Teffeteller | Anthem Students Campus Coordinator

teff@anthemchurch.org

Hey there! My name is Ryan and I am the Anthem Students Campus Coordinator for Camarillo. I am 22 years old and have been working with Anthem Church since the beginning. I grew up in Newbury Park and now live in Camarillo. I am a huge sports fan and am a fan of all of the odd teams for a southern California guy. I am a HUGE Clipper fan and a big Angel fan. I am a very active guy and love to play sports, go out to the beach, and sometimes play an occasional board game.

I am currently studying at Eternity Bible College, a small school out in Simi Valley. At EBC, I am studying to get a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies.  With this degree my hope is to continue to work in ministry full-time. EBC, and spending time with the guys on the Lead Team, are helping to get me ready for this.

In my life, God has given me a heart for High School and Junior High kids. My hope for this ministry is that it will become something that reaches out to the unchurched youth in Conejo Valley and Ventura County.

God has definitely given me a heart for the lost and this mission of helping people find their way back to God. God created us, He loves us, and there are many people that don’t know this. This is my goal and vision for Anthem Students; that it will be a place to build people up to be sent out and join in this mission.
